Our Mission

The Yeshiva University Journal of Medicine and Dentistry was created by students interested in the medical and dental discipline. The aim is to serve the entire student body, faculties of the University, scientific communities in general, and the world at large. The Journal is designed to serve as an platform for all those interested in publishing scientific work for those interested. The editorial board consists of undergraduate students from Yeshiva College and Stern College for Women. Writers share analytical essays on new medical developments as well as research they have conducted. This journal aims to foster a greater interest in and appreciation for medical and dental sciences. This ultimately will aid in Yeshiva University’s mission to serve as a “wellspring of wisdom.”
